Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The item should still be attached to the cardboard backing and enclosed in the plastic sleeve. To start a return or exchange, please visit our Return/Exchange Center and submit your request. Once approved, you'll receive an email with instructions and the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we do not provide prepaid shipping labels. To ensure the item retains its original shape, please avoid folding the packaging and use the same box it was delivered in when returning it.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2 business days for processing. We will inspect the item and notify you once we’ve confirmed its arrival. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned hair.
